According to The Daily Mail (U.K.), a wild bear has been credited with killing two leaders of a militant separatist group in India's Kashmir region, and injuring two other insurgents. The men had apparently taken refuge in the Himalayan black bear's den. Officials say they found an uneaten batch of pudding in the cave, and assault rifles near the bodies. They presume the attack was so violent that the victims did not have time to shoot. Since India's government banned firearms in the region to quell violence, bear and leopard attacks have risen significantly. Read more here.
