I wouldn't play this part, if I were black. I think he is doing a disservice to all
the other blacks out there and people will watch and judge other blacks on this.

You know I read the 13th Amendment to the Constitution and it has an 'exception clause' in it.

EXCEPTION CLAUSE: 'Except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted."

Now, does this mean a black of slave ancestry, if duly convicted, become a slave again?

Why would they put that in there? In case the slaves revolted and started a war, the Federal
Government would have a right to make them slaves again and repatriated them to their
root Country? I can't see freeing slaves and saying, if you are convicted of a crime, you
become a slave again. ???? I wouldn't want that hanging over my head. I guess if they
behave themselves and stay our of trouble, they nothing to worry about. I pointed this
out to the FBI and the President, be interesting to see what they have to say. Sad.
