Mar 08, 2010
A former Alaska bush plane is flying doctors and food to Chileans devastated by last month's earthquake. The Cessna 206 was flown in Alaska for many years, and is currently owned by Vince Beasley of Puerto Varas, Chile. According to a press release, Beasley donated the blue and white plane so that it could be used in relief efforts. Read the press release (put out by a Florida hygiene company that donated $1,000) here. |
