Anchorage family leads 'worst kitchen' contest

According to Alaska Newspapers Inc. (via The Seward Phoenix LOG), experts and ordinary citizens from across the country are in the process of deciding whether the Drossos family, formerly of Seward, now living in Anchorage, has the ugliest kitchen in the Mat-Su and Anchorage areas. When online voting stopped, the Drossoses were leading, but the final results won't be known until Sept. 18. If their kitchen is chosen, they're promised a $25,000 remodel sponsored by AlaskaBuild.com.
