Elmendorf spill supply flights arrive in New Orleans

According to the The Times-Picayune (New Orleans), the first three of ten scheduled C-17 cargo flights from Elmendorf Air Force have arrived at Naval Air Station-Joint Reserve Base Belle Chasse carrying loads of oil spill containment boom and other supplies.
