Levi v. Sarah, this time custody

According to CBS News's The Insider, Levi Johnston got some flak last weekend while he was visiting his son Tripp, and he's had enough. He said he plans to file for joint custody at the end of this month (Nov). Read more here. This news just broke, and there seems to be no response from former Gov. Palin yet.
