Palin hating on Juneau?

According to the Juneau Empire, items in former Gov. Palin's recent book have caused some Juneau residents to think she may have just trying to be polite when, as governor, she said that she didn't spend two particular summers in the capital because of construction work at her office and at the Governor's House. In her new memoir, Palin spends a great deal of ink saying how inaccessible Juneau is and condemning the city's "Animal House" atmosphere and "extracurricular activities" enjoyed by lawmakers. Palin blamed Alaska's corruption problems on the capital's remoteness. Despite the fact that cruise ships don't go to Juneau during the regular legislative session, she also wrote that "foreign tourists" have more access to lawmakers in session than 80 percent of Alaskans.
