As of this writing, Palin's book is #1 at Barnes&Noble.com, and #2 at Amazon, trailing only Dan Brown's crypto-thriller, The Lost Symbol. Meanwhile, the Amazon sales ranking for the 'deathbed edition' of Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass remains stagnant at #987,256.
