A Parnell cameo in Treadwell ad

According to The Associated Press (via KTUU-TV), Gov. Sean Parnell will be making a cameo appearance in a new ad from Mead Treadwell's campaign for lieutenant governor. Treadwell says that the governor offered to appear in the ad, and it is in part intended to counter Parnell's image in an ad by Treadwell's GOP primary rival Jay Ramras's campaign, which shows Parnell in the background of a public event. Treadwell wouldn't say that the appearance constitutes an endorsement from Parnell, but he said that he has strong relationships with all of the Republican gubernatorial candidates and that he hopes to include footage of others in future campaign materials.
