According to a brief posted by the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman late Sat. night, former Gov. Sarah Palin will hold a public book-signing event in Alaska on Tues. (12/22) in Wasilla. Palin will be signing copies of Going Rogue at Wasilla's Curtis C. Menard Memorial Sports Center, from 11 am to 2 pm on Tues., Dec. 22. There was no mention of other such public events in Alaska, so it's probably safe to assume this is the only one planned. Read more here. The Frontiersman notes that "Mat-Su Valley and Alaska residents" will have a chance to get their books signed, but Alaska Beat is willing to bet that no one from a remote town (especially Juneau) got a ticket on such short notice.
