State tosses another ethics complaint

According to The Associated Press, (via the Anchorage Daily News), an outstanding ethics complaint filed by Andree McLeod against former governor Sarah Palin's administration has been thrown out. The complaint alleged that Palin's press secretary, Bill McAllister, conducted party business connected to her vice presidential nomination on state time. The state Department of Law's report said that there was no evidence that ethics law was violated. McLeod has filed six such complaints in all, and one is still pending. Read more here.
